- Maximize in all grades, especially the middle school
- Ensure positive experience for the graduating seniors
- Add two end of year Recruitment Events to the calendar (One for Middle School. One for elementary)

- Increase HS Band Size by 15-20%
- 75-90% Beginning Band Retention
- Introduce Bi-Annual Middle School Trip
- Add Jazz Band
- Student Composed Music on all concerts
- Increase MSBOA Solo & Ensemble Participation by 15-25%
YEAR 4-5
- Increase HS Band Size by 50%
- 75+ Beginning Band Classes
- Expand Program offerings and hire second director
- Add/Expand Brass, Woodwind and Percussion Ensembles at HS and MS levels
- Increase MSBOA Solo & Ensemble Participation by 25-45%
